The hunt for an environmentally sound tree starring Goldylocks.
Now that we’re winding away from wipes, I wanted to share with the other green mamas maybe just starting out what we discovered.
We tried six different brands based on “green-ness” and made our own.
This is what we found:
During a week-long relaxing (yet busy!) visit to the in-laws, they wanted to take Miss Precious to the Baltimore zoo. I didn’t expect to see anything environmentally friendly at the zoo. Hmm…I spotted a recycling bin next to every trash receptacle. That made me happy.

When we moved in, the previous owner had left them in the back yard.
What a creative idea!
The Blue Goose Wine and Coffee Shoppe is an expensive, eco-friendly, quaint shoppe I found while we resided south with the snow birds. What a pleasant surprise to find how many environmentally friendly and creative, non-wasteful ways they came up with to serve and decorate.
Need to use up those fall apples? Can’t finish the bag?
Here’s an idea if you want to substitute sugar in your recipes–homemade apple sauce! If you choose sweeter apples, you’ll have a sweeter sauce.
Or eat it with kielbasa and cabbage.
Or feed it to your baby.
It’s homemade, easy to do, and 100% natural. (Feel free to add sugar, but I don’t add anything to mine and it comes out yummy and sweet.)

We dined at Subway’s. While there, we got to talking about Larry’s subs. Are you familiar with Larry’s Subs?
