Just wanted to share my newest fashion with you.
It’s called spit-up. I wear it all the time now.
I used to take my clothes off and put them in the laundry basket.
Then I got to the point where I’d just wash the spit-up off with a wet rag and keep wearing them.
Now I just wear spit-up covered jeans, bras and nursing tops and who gives a hoot?
I sure don’t anymore. I sleep in them and eat in them, and as long as the milk doesn’t sour too much…..I can wear them for days.
The problem? I can only fit into two pair of pants anymore and well, they have spit-up all over them.
Oh, well.
And that’s my newest fashion.

Haha! I smelled like spit up for five years. Such precious years. Enjoy each moment with that little beauty queen. I like how you’re rewearing your clothes, spit up or no. So very ZeroWaste of you. 🙂
I was wondering how you were doing, thought I’d check in… yep, sounds familiar. As a newborn, my grandson had an issue with his stomach and would throw up everything if he was ‘bent’ after eating. I got soaked and I did not like it! He’s 6 now, so no more of that kind of stuff. She’s really cute. Other than the spit up, up at night, and the other things that go along with a baby, are you having fun? What do you think about the whole thing? Can you reveal where you are moving to?
@Michelle—I need to write you. Every time I go to sit down and write, it seems the baby cries. It’s like she just knows……!!
@Heidi and Shannon—-good to know I’m not alone in the spit up department and how it drips down one’s back and lands so innocently on the floor.
@Jesusknowsmyname—I emailed you!! 🙂 And the spit up isn’t half as bad as it was. She’s gaining some weight so I know she’s keeping some of it down now!
Speaking of spit up…..seems the spit up queen just woke up. 😀
